stay here often. It's got everything you need for work: good wifi, desk, comfortable good sized rooms, efficient and friendly staff. A good package. The only problem ( like many hotels in China) is cannot control the heating and in April the rooms are too hot and I was told air Conditioning only comes on next month. Anyway still a good convenient place to stay.

This is a hotel I will stop every time I go to Beijing, althrough the price is getting higher and higher.Staff are vrery friendly and helpful.Rooms are clean and spotless.Good location to Beijing station and underground and airport.Easy access to shopping centre and restuants.

We stayed in Oriental Garden Hotel from January 2nd to 5th. We are very disappointed with your company because you have not cancelled the deposit (double price of the room) we were obliged to pay when we arrived at the hotel. At this moment, we have payed three times for the room because we payed it also cash. When we arrived, the person at the desk told us that the double payment of the room was only as a deposit and that it was not going to be charged to us, but in a few minutes we received the notification from our bank of the charge. We complained and the recepcionist accepted to cancel the deposit and we payed cash. But the cancellation has not been made yet, after six days. We asked many times to talk with Miss Guan Xiao Yan but she didn't call us. Finally, we found her by chance but she was very unpolite with us and she refused to give us a solution. We asked her for your e-mail address and she refused to give it to us.
We ask you to supervise personally this unpleasant affair and return us the 5000 RMB we payed.
